1.Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged , and in their original packaging (e.g., no scratches, dirt, or signs of use).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized phone cases (e.g., with names or images).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
4. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at service.dishe@outlook.com within 30 days. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and ship to the provided address. Include the RMA number inside the package.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact service.dishe@outlook.com to request an exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll ship a replacement or offer a full refund.
9. International Returns
- Customers outside the US may incur customs/duties fees (non-refundable).
