1.Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged , and in their original packaging (e.g., no scratches, dirt, or signs of use).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized phone cases (e.g., with names or images).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.


4. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at service.dishe@outlook.com within 30 days. Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and ship to the provided address. Include the RMA number inside the package.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we’ll cover return shipping costs.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
